Affiliation of Colleges and maintain the College Portal (information related to All affiliated colleges):- To deal with the work of affiliation of colleges and to maintain college portal two assistant and three Clerks have been deputed.
Approval of appointment of Teaching and Non-teaching staff, Grant of senior scale and selection grade to the teachers and Seniority List:- Two Assistant and two clerks have been deputed to deal with this work.
Governing Body, Forwarding the cases of Teacher Fellowship, Potential for excellence of colleges and Financial Assistance of Colleges to the UGC and Sanction of Colleges Development Fund:- One assistant has been deputed to deal with this work.
Maintaining the intake of colleges in SAP System:- One data entry operator has been deputed for this additional work.
